Har lekt meg på kjøkkenet og laget et skikkelig grovt brød. Det er så grovt at bare mor spiser det, selv om det smaker og metter veldig godt. Har nå spist av dette brødet til lunsj noen dager og er like mett som før med ei skive mindre enn normalt, i tillegg til at jeg holder lengre. Utfordringen har vært å steke brødet akkurat passe slik at det ikke blir rått, men saftig og godt uten å bli brent. Tar derfor gjerne imot tips, hvis noen har gode råd. Ellers vil nok lirosa eksperementere videre helt til hun finner den perfekte oppskrift.<br />

Alle ingrediensene blandes godt, før deigen får heve en times tid. Deretter eltes den ned igjen, ca. 3-4 minutter i kjøkkenmaskin.
